Dr. Dennis Stelly

Dr. Dennis Stelly obtained a Bachelor’s of Science in Agriculture at LSU. He then graduated from the Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1982. He immediately began his career here at SWLA Veterinary Clinic. He is a member of LVMA & AVMA.

He is a Sulphur native. His wife, Rhonda Dunn Stelly is a nurse. They have been married since 1990. They have three children, son Philip Stelly DVM LSU class of 2019, daughter Madison Stelly Psychology LSU class of 2018, and youngest son Justin. They also have 2 dogs and 3 cats. Dr. Stelly’s special interest pertaining to his career is orthopedics.

His hobbies include carpentry, traveling, and camping. He is a chairman trustee at Wesley Methodist Church. He often travels on mission trips with the youth.
